Por vezes já nem por fora consigo aparentar que está tudo bem, há dias que não aguento, tudo grita dentro de mim e preciso de descarregar, de soltar tudo o que está preso dentro para não sufocar e choro disfarçadamente onde estiver se as pessoas dão conta ou não, não quero saber, se me perguntam respondo ou não, dependendo da pessoa, só preciso de respirar normalmente nem que seja por uns minutos, umas horas, sem estar sufocada com todas estes pensamentos, ideias e decisões, preciso disso para manter a minha sanidade e ficar bem novamente.
